What is your biggest challenge in your current role?

I think my biggest challenge is being able to juggle so many different tasks all at once. It's really easy for things to get lost along the way, so ultimately my job is to make sure that that doesn't happen.

There's a lot going on all at once, and it's a very fast-paced job. If you don't like working in a fast-paced environment, I don't necessarily think this would be the right role.

Even if you want to take your time with something, you need to be very strategic about how to make time for that. If that makes sense.

To that point, you also have to be very good at prioritizing what needs to get done and in what order. If you're going back and forth, deciding which task to do first, and it's something that isn't urgent, then don't do that non-urgent task.

Ultimately, you just have to trust your gut and really try to think about the most efficient way to get all of this work done without missing a deadline, losing something, or forgetting something. I think that is probably the biggest challenge.
