What are the main responsibilities within your current role?
Mostly I counsel companies from two to 200 employees on their general business needs. That's what I spend most of my time doing day to day.
The largest projects we tend to take on revolve around financing and M&A. We help companies raise money. We handle Series A, Seed, and Series B financing, the kind you might read about in the news.
We also work on M&A deals, which often involves a small company client being bought by a larger one. We've also done M&A on the other side, representing the acquiring company.
