Q10: Entry-level positions
Most major financial institutions, and certainly Bank of America, have programs very similar to the one I went through. You can join what we call a rotational program or leadership development program and experience multiple different roles within different lines of business.
For me, I had roles in fraud, marketing strategy, competitive intelligence, and product strategy. That's just to name a few of the roles I experienced, let alone ones that other peers of mine had.
This kind of program gives you a wide range of experiences. You can drill down on what suits your preferences and strengths, perhaps avoiding some of your weaknesses or embracing them.
For example, if you're not very technical and want to learn to code, there are opportunities for that. Really, everything's there and available if you're willing to take on a challenge.
