What have you learned about this role that you wish someone would have told you before you entered the industry?

It is not like college. I've learned that just because I'm really passionate about the subject doesn't mean everyone will learn it, nor will they implement it into their day-to-day.

What I've learned through my experiences in the last three years in this role is that I can impact things by holding them accountable. This means having follow-up measures and giving them key takeaways.

This allows them to implement bits and pieces into their business to see success, as opposed to just assuming they will because I did a good job presenting it. It's about having follow-up measures to ensure they're getting the most out of the training we delivered.
