What did you do in undergrad to set you up for success in your career?
That's a great question. The biggest thing I did was just fall on my feet, honestly. With each experience I thrust myself into, I focused on which parts I really aligned with and was passionate about.
Working in a congressman's office, doing door-to-door sales, or corporate recruitment are all very different. However, the underlying commonality was my passion to help people, impact them, and make a difference.
What guided my career path was taking the parts I liked about a job and pivoting away from what I didn't like. That approach has served me really well so far.
I would definitely recommend for any undergrad trying to figure things out: you don't have to know everything. Figure out what you like about what's in front of you right now. See what other things contribute to that and keep going.
