What does a day in the life of a lead learning and development consultant look like?
I really work on a week-by-week schedule. It's an intermix between working with my teammate in New York, who supports that office, and supporting the Austin office where I currently sit.
Throughout the day, I do one-on-one desk coaching with consultants, supporting them on live calls and giving direct feedback. I also help them make their next calls even better to find more wins in their day. This is combined with classroom sessions to impact more than one person in a day. It's a good time.
