What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
I would say the biggest challenge in my role is that there are countless other "me's" out in the industry. So, the amount of brokers, there are thousands of us out there.
You have to make sure you're defined to your client as well as your partners. You need to show that you can get business done in a thorough and quick way.
Being able to set yourself apart and make sure you take care of your people is key. They'll take care of you in return. It's reciprocated, and that's definitely one of the main focuses.
The challenge is competing with all these other people doing the same job and setting yourself apart. That'd be the main challenge.
