What are your main responsibilities within your current role?

I'm the CEO of my business, Head of Happiness. We're on a mission to make individuals and organizations happier and healthier through the science of happiness.

My responsibilities include a lot of coaching. I work with clients to help them get unstuck, figure out what's important to them, what lights them up, and expand their possibilities.

I also focus on business development. I'm constantly networking, attending events, and reaching out to people on LinkedIn to find new clients.

Additionally, I do corporate and organizational work, leading workshops in corporations and schools. This involves both preparing the content and delivering the workshops.
