Breanna's biggest challenge at Pro Football Retired Players Association involves securing "donation dollars" from corporate partners nearing the end of their fiscal year, requiring creative partnership strategies and new relationship building. This challenge, coupled with the need to increase audience engagement and demonstrate "how amazing the sport of pro beach volleyball is" in Breanna's other role, highlights the constant need for innovative fundraising and marketing approaches in the sports industry.

What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
My biggest challenge at Pro Football Retired Players Association is specifically within donor relations. We are nearing the end of the year, and many companies have already exhausted their budget for donor relations.
Continuing to reach out to different companies and finding creative ways to partner is really important to my role. Getting those donation dollars is essential. Therefore, I would say the most challenging aspect is finding new corporate partners and building those relationships.
Within VP Pro Beach Volleyball, the most challenging aspect is continuing to drive audience engagement. It's also important to prove to the world how amazing the sport of pro beach volleyball is.
We need to engage a larger audience. I think we don't get as many eyeballs on screens or as many people to our tournaments as we should.
