What have you learned about this role that you wish someone had told you before you entered the industry?
I would say, honestly, I felt like I kind of knew what aligned with my role when I started and what I was getting myself into. But I would say, really, just being on top of your organizational skills.
This role specifically has tested my organizational skills in a way no other role has. Working within this role in the past three months has given me so many skills that I haven't learned elsewhere.
Just being on top of all your tasks and staying organized is something I've really honed in on and learned through this role. I really thought I was super organized before I came here, but I feel like I've done a much better job at staying organized now.
