As someone who identifies as a woman in business, how has that impacted how you've navigated your career?
I would say women are making an impact and a comeback. We're a little bit behind in the race, but the numbers are starting to even out.
Sometimes it can be intimidating walking into a room full of men, a room that's been dominated by men forever, basically. But don't let that discourage you because your voice matters.
Remember that you are not any lesser because of how you identify. You have a purpose and a brain that works very well, so use it and let that fuel you. Even if you're the minority in the room, you have a reason to be there.
