What skills are most important for a job like Peers?

A key skill for my job is the ability to focus on different topics throughout the day. The actual tasks I do are varied and require switching between a creative and an analytical mindset.

I really enjoy being able to flex both those muscles daily. This is pretty unique for many marketing roles, where you get to do fun things while still being accountable for numbers.

At Keysight, in particular, the ability to switch areas of focus has been critical. We cover a wide breadth of solutions.

Depending on which team member I'm talking to or helping with their plans, we're focused on a different audience and solution. I'm always putting on different hats for the various audiences we're targeting.

So, I think that flexibility and ability to adapt are essential.
