What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
What I like most about my current role is the opportunity to develop deeper relationships. This is not only with our target clients but also internally with sales and product counterparts. Account-based marketing allows for strong connections because everyone is invested together when we choose to focus on key audiences.
I've really enjoyed this aspect. It's rewarding to celebrate successes together. If a program isn't as successful as we hoped, it's beneficial to know you're not facing it alone.
You can always regroup with your counterparts to discuss what didn't work and what could be improved. Then, you can try again together to make it successful. That sense of teamwork across the organization is pretty cool.
