What have you learned about this role that you wish someone had told you before you entered the industry?
When you first enter the industry, it can be very daunting. There's a lot to learn, and many people know much more than you.
You just have to be patient and absorb as much as you can. Don't be afraid to ask questions; that's really important.
It's the only way you'll truly learn, especially from more senior people who have been in your shoes. They've asked those questions before and made those mistakes.
It's a fast-paced environment, so it's easy to get caught up in what you're doing. It's good to take a step back and realize you are doing good work.
It's also okay to make mistakes, as long as you learn from them. People often fear making mistakes, which can hinder their growth.
Everybody makes mistakes, even the most successful people in the industry. Being able to accept that it's okay for mistakes to happen really helps you grow. That's something I've learned.
