What are your main responsibilities within your role?
In my current role, my main responsibilities include going through resumes. We have many jobs posted on our website, so every day I screen applications and look up people's resumes. I then reach out to candidates, set up interviews, and interview them for the position.
If there are any new jobs, I will post them on sites like Indeed and our website. I also use LinkedIn frequently to post jobs or reach out to people to find talent for our company.
Additionally, I handle some administrative tasks, such as sending out offer letters and making verbal offers. I also start the onboarding process before handing over new hires to HR so they can prepare for their new roles. Those are my main job duties.
