What is your biggest challenge in your role?

One of the challenges I have as a recruiter is that I often recruit for many different departments. I might be hiring for a tech role, a billing role, or a more healthcare-geared role.

Sometimes it's challenging to find applicants who meet the job's requirements and qualifications, but also meet their expectations. When I'm talking to someone, they might be qualified and meet the requirements, but we might not be meeting what they're looking for, whether it's the hours, the pay, or some of the role's responsibilities.

So, it's a challenge to find a great candidate for the job and, at the same time, find the perfect job for the candidate so it works out for everyone.
