What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

I've been in multiple industries. In terms of the environment we're in now, especially for tech, the ability to work remotely is probably the most amazing part. The flexibility to work from anywhere at any time is also usually accompanied by a lot of flexibility and time off. I've enjoyed that.

From a sports perspective, I'd say the best part is being able to see the finished product. It's about seeing the people in the stands, coming to the games you work so hard to prepare for. And doing the different initiatives across the board as a social impact professional, to physically experience that is probably the best thing.

These people don't always necessarily know I'm behind the scenes putting this stuff together. But to see the looks on their faces, the enjoyment they have, and the impact it makes, that is probably what I enjoy the most. It also doesn't hurt to watch sporting events for a living. I work very hard, so I do get to enjoy the games.

But that would probably be what I enjoy the most: seeing the visceral reactions of the people who are engaged with the content.
