What are some of your main responsibilities within your current role?

I'm based here in Los Angeles. I'm on a team called Coastal Health Performance Plan. My team looked after the commercial performance for our critical markets: LA, Seattle, New York, and Boston.

Specifically, I focus on LA and Seattle. I'm the manager here on the West Coast. I have a counterpart who stays in Europe.

What I do is focus on cost, functionality, and strategy. I work with our different business departments to develop key performance metrics for our markets. I also implement plans to achieve those metrics.

This includes short-term plans, usually for three to six months, as well as annual plans and longer-term future strategies. A lot of what I do is liaising with different teams to put together and track these plans.
