What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
I work one-on-one with clients, who can be direct businesses or agencies with their own clients. So, it sort of varies from gig to gig.
What clients want me to do is be what they call a fractional chief marketing officer. I come in and aid the clients. It might be, "Alex, we need you to run these types of campaigns with this type of objective."
Most campaigns are digital. I architect them, build them, or work with teams that are building them. Then, I do the analysis and projections of how the campaigns are going to go.
Alternatively, I might work with an executive who has a team and certain functions they need help with. This could be fleshing out within their team, building a process, or aiding them in how they're building their goals and objectives. So, it very much depends on the moment.
