What is your biggest challenge in your role?
The biggest challenge in my role is a daily one: keeping all the plates spinning and getting everything done that needs to be done.
However, it's become less of a challenge as I've been in this business for six years. I have a much better understanding of what pace looks like.
I know what businesses should be running, walking, or even jogging, and when we need to sprint. Understanding the "flows of the ocean" makes it a lot easier to navigate.
You're still contending with the ocean, but you know whether to go east or west, or what to do next. This makes the path smoother.
So, you're still fighting the fight and keeping the plates spinning. But by knowing the pacing, the goals, and honestly having a thousand reps, it becomes much easier to contend with on the day-to-day.
