What is one lesson that you have learned that has proven significant in your career?
I think it's actually a couple of things, but the most important one, I would say, is to be patient. It's really difficult, if you're young or even later in your career, to expect things to just happen right away.
I think looking back at my career, sticking through some challenging times is what has made me who I am today, both professionally and personally. And in those challenging times too, that's when I usually learn the most.
So now I can talk about that in future interviews or situations I might be in in my current position.
