Transcript

How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?

To thrive, you have to know what you want out of it. Connections and drive go a long way.

The only way to get connections is to really put yourself out there, which I know isn't easy for everyone. But connections will get you where you need to go.

I also say drive because you have to know that you want something. You have to look into yourself and decide how bad you want it and how far you'll go to get it.
