What skills are most important for a job like yours?
Skills. For my job, the number one skill I would say is data analysis. I didn't really like data in college, but everything has data these days.
You always need data to back up anything you say. I've learned, and am still learning every day, how to do that and have gained a deeper appreciation for it.
Patience is also key. Looking through data takes a long time, and getting data from people takes a long time.
This leads into the third skill: good communication. I'm currently the youngest person in my company, which can be intimidating. I try to always communicate professionally and present myself in a way that shows I'm not to be underestimated because of my age.
