What does a day in the life of a media assistant look like?
On a day-to-day basis, my schedule is different every single day. I work about 90% remotely, as I only go into the office once a week.
On days when I'm not going into the office, I kind of just pace myself. I look at the meetings on my calendar and think about what work I need to do, then plan it throughout my day.
One part of my job involves looking at ad campaigns we run and how much they've delivered. I check if everything we paid for was executed correctly. If so, I can approve the payment.
I do this in the first part of my day because it's not as time-consuming. Then, in the second part of my day, I do a bit more of the heavy lifting. This includes working on decks, emailing with people, or attending meetings with my team to discuss next steps.
