What is one lesson that you have learned that has proven significant in your career?
I would say to always network. Be open to meeting new people in whatever situation you are and hearing their stories. It's always the people before you that have paved the way for things to happen.
Understanding the path they've walked on is always really helpful for your own career. You can get advice from them, and it also creates opportunities through people they know and industries they know.
So, it is always about the people. Dropping your ego in that process is also important. Don't go in thinking you know everything. Always having a mindset of learning from others is what I think has been the biggest learning lesson that has impacted me positively in my career.
