What is your biggest challenge in your current role?

The biggest challenge in my current role is my attention to detail. It's a quality that's really needed, and it's something I struggle with.

I have a natural tendency to get close to finishing something and then just say, "Oh, it's done." When really, I need to take the time to check everything and make sure I'm not leaving any small mistakes in my work.

So, if you don't have the best attention to detail but are interested in audit, you're not alone. Don't be shyed away by the thought that you need to be better at it. I'm always improving too.
