What did you do in undergrad to set you up for success in your career?

That's another good one. I would say get involved on campus. This is probably pretty generic advice, but it's really helpful.

You can learn things in class, and a lot of what you learn, you'll never use after you graduate. But the relationships you build and just getting out there, joining clubs, and taking on leadership roles are what really matter.

For instance, when you take on a leadership role in your job after graduation, you might remember things you learned in undergrad. There are always universal principles at play.

So, the best advice is to make sure you're involved outside of academics. That's where you'll learn how to deal with others and develop those soft skills that will really help you in your future roles.
