What are your main responsibilities within your current role?

Being at a very small company, with only 28 people, and having been here for over two years, I've had to wear many hats. As one of the first three employees, I now oversee our finance and business operations.

I spend a lot of my time managing our finances and whatever that entails. I have one person who supports me on the operations side; she runs a lot of our business and go-to-market operations.

The third area I'm still heavily involved in is product. Our company builds a product for revenue operations and sales professionals, which is the world I came from. I work closely with our product team to ensure they're building things I would have used in my last role, discussing specific features and use cases.

While less so now, when I first started, I also did some sales and business development work. That wasn't my favorite part of the job, but before we had a sales team, myself, one of our founders, and our CEO shared go-to-market responsibilities.
