Q5: Favorite parts of the role.
What do you enjoy most about the role? Personally, I love working with people. What I enjoy the most is being able to interact with people and talk things through.
My job is really a teamwork-oriented job. We normally have an associate project manager, a C-suite manager, and a partner. So, you constantly have to interact with clients and within your team.
What I like the most is definitely the interaction and knowing that at the end of the day, you have all these people to go to. We also do fun stuff, such as going for a hike or a workout class together. So, definitely the human aspect of it.
Would you say the teamwork, the fact that you constantly have to talk to people, and that you're not constantly stuck at your desk 24/7? One hundred percent. You're not the only person in control of everything; you have to work with other people.
That's a skill set in itself, and I also enjoy doing that. Knowing that when I create a product that has to work with other people, a lot of people put in their effort to create this product. It's not just me, but I am one contributor, and I also expect others' behavior to come up with this whole thing.
