Willie, what did you do in undergrad to set yourself up for success? I think not working is very important.

It's also crucial to really look into what that word means and make meaningful connections. On top of doing well in school, I think if you had to choose between focusing a hundred percent on school versus sacrificing a little on your grades, I would say instead of getting a hundred, maybe you have to take some time to network.

That's just equally as important academically to get me a job.
