What would a day in the life of your role look like?

There was no typical day, as the work was project-based most of the time. If I can generalize a typical day, it probably involved reviewing the status update of the project I was working on.

For example, if it was related to cost reduction initiatives, I would understand where the project stood at that point. If we were in the design phase, I'd figure out what was left to do and how to approach the new internal consulting project.

If we were in the execution phase, I'd again understand the status, what remained, and then take action. It's hard to explain because it depended on the project, but that's what made it fun and varied. Each day or week would be different.
