What is one lesson that you have learned that's proven significant in your career?
In my career, I've learned quite a few lessons. The most significant one that comes to mind is to believe what people say about themselves.
I've found that people who say they are very passionate about student learning show up as passionate partners. This is a hard profession to be anything but your most authentic self in.
Knowing yourself really well and believing what you say about yourself are also really important.
