What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
In my current role, I teach children to read and to be mathematicians. These are the two most dominant parts of my job.
In former roles, I was an instructional coach. This meant I helped teachers implement new theories and strategies, and I helped our district pick and advise on curriculum.
When I moved to Kentucky, where I live now, I decided I wanted to go back into the classroom. The biggest part of my job every day is ensuring that other people's children have equal access to opportunity and education.
