What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
I've already touched on this, but having to learn about new topics and concepts very quickly on the job is really one of, if not the biggest challenge. It's not always easy to pick things up quickly.
Especially in the business area I covered, there's a lot of jargon that makes things harder to grasp. My advice to anyone looking to get into this is to not undervalue Google as a resource.
It can be easy to Google what a term means and see it broken down. That can really help you, so don't be afraid to do that. But it certainly can be challenging to become an expert on something you've never heard of in a day or two.
That, I think, is probably the biggest challenge in my role.
