What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

I think being in the e-commerce industry is really interesting because the industry is relatively young. A lot of companies are figuring out best practices, what customers expect, and how to overcome issues that are becoming increasingly larger in the e-commerce space.

It's cool to be part of this up-and-coming world where there are a lot of new technologies and opportunity. There are also many cool brands to learn about.

I'm not a huge online shopper, so I don't know a lot of big-name brands. However, there are many cool products and brands out there that I've learned about. These are brands you might never know about otherwise, especially if they're only shipping 500 orders a month, which is nothing compared to companies like Nike or Adidas.

It's a unique space because anybody can be in it, and there isn't a high barrier to entry. So, the mom in the basement shipping beads can make good money and do it herself. She doesn't need a whole team or a huge investment.

Not saying it's easy, but it's fun seeing everyone's success stories, or attempted success stories, I guess.
