Q4: Most important skills for this role.

I'll tell you what has worked for me is just the prayer that I said from the very beginning. Somewhere along the line of our interviews, I emphasized being intentionally good. Love people, have empathy, genuinely love humanity.

If you're able to do that, then you definitely try. It has worked for me, you know, and my love for people. When you help to lift other people up, you set yourself up for success.

So, if there's one lesson I've learned, it has worked for me. Even though there are negative people who are difficult to deal with, when you keep it positive, just be good. You will definitely find your way.

I've not always been this way. I'm not too young anymore. But at some point, I had times when you get angry. You know those teenage years when you're angry at everybody? I hope you're not a teenager. Of course not.

But we all went through it. I believe you're no longer a teenager, but you remember those times when you were rebellious, trying to [unclear]. So over time, I saw that when you respect yourself, when you keep it positive, when you're intentionally good.

People say that you attract what you are, right? When you're positive, you attract positive people. What you sow, you will reap. If you sow positivity, you will reap positivity.

It encapsulates everything I told you about my career: being intentionally positive and good. It's one lesson I've learned. I'm building upon it and getting better by the day.
