What is one lesson that you have learned that has proven significant in your career?
The most important thing for me, and it might be different for everyone, is advice I received: just slow down. Slow down, dissect the problem, and draw it out. There's nothing that needs to be solved immediately that isn't worth doing the right way.
So, you want to make sure you're doing everything correctly. If something is worth doing, it's worth doing right. Just slow down, take a look at the problem holistically, from a 10,000-foot view, and then get more granular.
It can be tough sometimes, especially when you have a ton of projects or data you're dealing with. But that's the best advice I've had in my career so far.
