What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
The best way to engage students is to understand their individual learning approaches. Some students are visual learners, while others are practice-driven. Some learn better through auditory means, accentuating what helps them relate.
It's about conveying relevance, building relationships, and fostering practical engagement with the facts. This raises the question of how to keep them involved. Sometimes, changing tonality or pace can help.
For example, marketing can be delivered with passion, or in a more passive, research-driven manner. A funny video, a hard-hitting movie clip, or a compelling story can illustrate how marketing conveys narratives that move emotions. We are emotional beings, after all.
Can we learn with passion, with fun, and with joviality, while still remaining serious and focused on completing the work? It's a challenge. The key is to find the best way to engage everyone.
Not everyone will appreciate my style, and that's okay. However, I have good ratings and evaluations, which suggests I'm doing a good job. So, I'll keep going. Five stars.
