Since I started this role, I've really seen ERP project managers across most companies and industries. It's not just construction; there are so many different ways to get involved.
Going straight to project manager might be tough, but there are assistant roles or even IT analyst and consultant positions. These individuals dive into the projects and work with the system.
From there, I've seen how they can leverage that experience to move into a project management role. I think there are many opportunities in various industries for these roles, and they are in high demand. Lots of companies need this expertise, so there are tons of options to get involved.
