What is one lesson that you have learned that has proven significant in your career?

I'd say, I'm trying to figure out how to word this, but always have a humble, learning attitude. It's better to approach things with a more solution-oriented mindset and a little more humbly, rather than thinking, "I'm right."

Not to say you shouldn't have confidence in what you're talking about, but it works better for everyone and you get more cooperation if you come from a place of, "Okay, I hear you. How can we fix this?" Or, "I understand that solution might not work for you, but let's talk about some other solution."

Having a more cooperative, solution-oriented, and humble mindset when you're going into things is really helpful in growing while not forgetting to be grounded in your own abilities, like having confidence as well.
