What are your main responsibilities within your current role?

I have two roles. In talent acquisition, it's about building a strategy to attract top, diverse talent.

It's also about building a team of recruiters who are passionate and strong at what they do. They need to have strong business acumen so they understand the needs of the business units they serve.

On the diversity and inclusion side, it's focused on partnering with different functions within HR, like talent management. We help our talent management team elevate leadership within the organization.

This involves building tools and systems to help our leadership teams develop as leaders. It's also centered around helping our Affinity Resource Groups grow and blossom in their respective lanes.

On the other side of talent management, we're looking at how to add value to our employees at every touchpoint of their lifecycle. This ensures they feel a true sense of belonging so they can show up and do their best work.
