What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

That's a tricky question because, in HR, we can be a little industry-agnostic. When I saw this question, I thought, "Huh, I don't really know how to answer that."

Our product is people, and that's why we're able to be industry-agnostic. So, I'll rephrase the question slightly: What I enjoy most about the work we're doing is that we get to partner with individuals and help them through their career journey. We assist them in achieving whatever goals they've set for themselves.

That's one of the perks of being in HR. You can be a little industry-agnostic, as long as you understand what the product is. You need to understand the business needs and how they shift depending on the industries you're servicing.

It's really one of those things where you have the ability to make an impact wherever you are. That's the beauty of HR, and it's one of the reasons I love the work I do. We get to have our hands across multiple sectors, if we choose.
