What did you do in your undergrad to set you up for success in your career?
So, again, I made a big shift. Ultimately, in my undergrad, I continued to put myself in leadership opportunities and roles. This was through my sorority, and also through the Ethiopian and Eritrean student union that I co-founded at UC Davis.
I was consistently finding leadership opportunities so that I could refine that skill for myself. That act of finding ways to sharpen metal against metal will always help. So that's what I would recommend.
