What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
I focus on the strategy side. I'm part of a team called Digital Analytics and Insights, and we focus mainly on the strategies and reporting of the analytics.
We work with our clients and stakeholders to understand their business objectives and what we call key performance indicators, or KPIs. These KPIs help us understand what should be tracked on the website and how it should be tracked.
We then build out our strategy so that clients get the data they need to understand the performance of their website and their marketing efforts. I have another team that works with the technical side of things, implementing that data into reporting.
Once the data is in reporting, my team reviews it to ensure accuracy and then builds out additional reports. We perform analysis on these reports to find trends and insights.
This helps the clients understand performance on a deeper level, and we can give them recommendations on how to improve their digital entities. This ensures end users have an even better, smoother experience when interacting with websites and applications.
