What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
What I enjoy most about my current role is that I get the best of all worlds. I’ve worked in education, so I still have touchpoints with children and can teach lessons in classrooms.
I also work with teachers on the front lines, providing coaching. As a site leadership member and thought partner, I’m involved in big, organizational-level decision-making.
I take all that information and data, along with my touchpoints throughout the organization, to advocate for students, teachers, and site leaders at that organizational level. I think that's what I like most about this job.
