What have you learned about this role that you wish someone had told you before you entered the industry?
There's definitely a lot of paperwork and documentation in the medical field. I had no idea, but literally every single thing has to be documented.
This takes a long time and takes away from other parts of the job that you could or want to be doing. There are a lot of consent forms and charting, and it's just a lot. But it's definitely rewarding in the end.
