What have you learned about this role that you wish someone would have told you before you entered the industry?
I think I should have learned that you have to talk a lot with people and learn a lot from data. I remember the first day I saw the company; I felt overwhelmed by all the information.
They used a lot of abbreviations, like NPS, CRM, and that sort of thing. I had no experience with online food ordering or any take-out platforms before joining the company.
Talking to people and learning from data will flatten the learning curve. This will get you ready to excel at the project at the end of the day.
