What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

As an innovative user of online food ordering platforms and apps, I'm really into them. As a real user, I can see from my experience how I can improve the products I'm using.

For example, when I used Foodpanda back in the day, I noticed that the search feature didn't work very well. When I searched for something, let's say I had no idea what I wanted to order, I would try to search for a particular dish.

However, sometimes the results included items that weren't really what I was searching for at all. That was an issue I reported to the team as well.
