Biggest Challenges Faced By A Program And Project Manager At Accenture
Steven's biggest challenge as a Program/Project Manager at Accenture is "creating boundaries" in a remote work environment, where the constant availability fostered by technology blurs the lines between work and personal time, potentially leading to overwork unless boundaries are proactively established. This highlights the importance of work-life balance, especially in today's increasingly flexible work arrangements.

What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
My biggest challenge in my current role is creating structure and boundaries for myself, especially in a hybrid or fully remote environment. People know you're available, so if you don't set structured time to be off work, they might ping or email you at any hour and expect a response.
While most people won't, some will push if you respond immediately, taking it as a sign you're always working. Being able to set boundaries is probably the biggest challenge.
It's crucial for ensuring you're not overworked and can maintain your sanity while still doing a good job. There's a time to rest and a time to work, and that's probably the biggest challenge.
