What does a day in the life of a founder look like?

I usually start my day by combing through my emails and responding to what I can on the spot. Not too long ago, I started planning certain days of the week for specific departments.

This is because I handle everything and all departments. If I tried to go from task to task, from department to department throughout the day, I found that I got really overwhelmed.

So, I like to block out Tuesdays and Thursdays for calls. I also work on cold outreach on Wednesdays.

I try to organize my week and my time by department so I can be more focused and not get overwhelmed with my long to-do list.
